- The duration depends on the size and condition of the home. For example:
- A standard 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home usually takes 2–3 hours.
- Deep cleans or move-in/move-out services may take longer.
2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- Not at all! Many clients prefer to provide access and return to a freshly cleaned home. If you’d rather be present, that’s perfectly fine too.
3. What’s included in a standard cleaning?
- Our standard cleaning covers:
- Dusting all surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors)
- Kitchen cleaning (counters, sinks, exterior of appliances)
- Emptying trash bins
- Deep cleaning, inside appliances, or windows are available as add-ons.
4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
- Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know!
5. How do I pay for services?
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
6. What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
- Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus:
- Baseboards and door frames
- Inside cabinets and drawers
- Behind and under furniture
- Detailed appliance cleaning
- It’s ideal for first-time cleans or seasonal refreshes.
7. Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
- Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans. Recurring clients often receive discounted rates.
8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
- We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
9. Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
- Yes, all team members are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind.
