Natalie – Founder & Boss
Hi! I’m Natalie — co-founder of Nalyahs, a cleaning company built on hustle, heart, and a whole lot of sparkle. Together with my incredible business partner, Aliyah, we started Nalyahs with one mission: to make clean spaces feel like fresh starts.
What began as two friends with a mop and a dream has grown into a trusted name in residential and commercial cleaning. We believe in doing the job right — every corner, every surface, every time. Our clients know us for our attention to detail, reliability, and the positive energy we bring into every space we touch.
Aliyah and I balance each other perfectly: I bring the systems and strategy, she brings the magic touch and customer care. We’re proud to be women-owned, community-driven, and deeply committed to creating environments that feel as good as they look.

Aliyah – Founder & Detail Specialist
Hi, I’m Aliyah — co-owner of Nalyahs, where clean isn’t just a goal, it’s a guarantee. I’ve always believed that the little things make the biggest difference, and that philosophy drives everything I do. From sparkling baseboards to perfectly fluffed pillows, I bring an obsessive eye for detail to every space we touch.
Partnering with Natalie to build Nalyahs has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. While she keeps our systems sharp and our strategy strong, I focus on the hands-on magic — making sure every client walks into a space that feels fresh, cared for, and truly spotless.
I take pride in noticing what others might overlook. Whether it’s a fingerprint on a mirror or a smudge behind a door, I’m on it. Because to me, cleaning isn’t just a task — it’s a craft. And at Nalyahs, we treat every home and business like it’s our own.

Anna – Speed & Shine Expert
Anna is a powerhouse. Originally from a large city, she grew up helping her parents run a local diner—so she knows all about hard work and fast-paced environments. She joined Nalyah’s after moving to Marshall and quickly became known for her speed, precision, and upbeat energy. She’s the one who keeps the team laughing and the schedule on track.

Matt – Floor Care & Heavy-Duty Specialist
Matt is the team’s go-to guy for anything tough, technical, or heavy-duty. A former warehouse worker and part-time musician, he brings strength, focus, and a laid-back vibe to the crew. He joined Nalyah’s after helping his sister clean her rental properties and realizing he had a knack for it. He’s especially skilled with floors, carpets, and post-construction cleanups.
